I reached my goal-weight today! It took seven months, but I finally made it. My next objective is to maintain this weight (with a “grace buffer-zone” of two pounds on either side of it) for six consecutive weeks. When I reach that goal I will officially become a “Lifetime Member.”
Being on Weight Watchers has been a great experience for me. I’ve already chronicled the reasons, etc., for going on Weight Watchers, so I won’t go through all of that again. But for anyone who isn’t looking for a gimmick or a quick overnight cure, then I would heartily recommend Weight Watchers. It’s been a positive experience. And in the limited scope of my experience and knowledge, it is by far the most realistic program out there. It’s absolutely worth all the time, money, and effort that I put into it.
Now I get to stay on it for the rest of my life. That’s called accountability, discipline, commitment, intentionality, and focus. And I need to pray for all of that and more.
Cheers,
Dale

Congratulations, Dale. Started Weight Watchers the Saturday after Christmas myself. Progress is slow and steady but it is progress.
Thanks. Whether it’s a half pound, one pound, or three pounds per week…. movement in the downward direction is a good thing.
Persevere with it. You’ll be so glad you did.
Blessings,
Dale
Congratulations Dale. You are a winner. I know that you will be able to achieve the next level and become a lifetime member.
